Helpful notes for your big day

• Please arrange for your guests to arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony.
• 15 minutes prior to the ceremony, it is a requirement of the Registrar to speak to the Groom in private for the purposes of carrying out a final check on his personal details and ceremony arrangements (this takes approx 5 mins)
• 10 minutes prior to the ceremony, the Registrar will speak to the Bride in private as per the above.
• Two witnesses must be provided to sign the marriage register - please note that the registration staff may not act as witnesses nor can we provide persons for this.
• An opportunity for photographers will be provided during the signing of the register and afterwards in the Gardens.
